Texcare Asia & China Laundry Expo 2023: industry development a key theme at last week’s record-breaking global textile care platform

With the international and domestic laundry industries eager for renewed connections post-pandemic, a record-high 337 exhibitors from 15 countries and regions showcased their latest innovations to 27,247 buyers from 59 countries and regions. From 25 – 27 September 2023, held across 25,000 sqm at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre, products on display represented some of the most up-to-date solutions in respect to automation, intelligence, and sustainable development. Upstream and downstream companies were pleased with the business conducted across the three-day laundry and textile care trade fair, while the organisers noted their satisfaction at statistics that surpassed their expectations.

Next week’s TXCA & CLE 2023 the ideal platform for new technology, trends, and opportunities

After three years apart, with changing needs in the global economy and the growth of consumer demand, the textile care market has gradually recovered, and industry insiders are eager to strengthen international business cooperations and find new growth points. To help facilitate collaboration, a number of fringe events will be running concurrently with Texcare Asia & China Laundry Expo, set to take place from 25 – 27 September 2023. Equipped with the industry insights afforded to them, fairgoers at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre will be able to source from a wide variety of over 330 domestic and international exhibitors across 25,000 sqm. These include not only the major brand names, but also over 90 suppliers making their debuts at this edition.

90% of booth space for TXCA & CLE 2023 already sold out

With well over three months remaining before this year’s Texcare Asia & China Laundry Expo (TXCA & CLE) opens its doors, most of the exhibition space has already been booked. After a break in face-to-face commerce, more than 200 exhibitors have confirmed their participation, hailing from 13 countries and regions including China, France, Germany, Japan, and the US. Over 20,000 buyers are expected to join them to renew old connections and explore the latest industry innovations. The well-known trade fair for textile laundry, leather care, cleaning technology and equipment will be held from 25 – 27 September, covering an expected 25,000 sqm of floor space at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre.

September show dates confirmed for TXCA & CLE 2023

With the Chinese and international laundry industries eager for in-person business, the organisers have announced that Texcare Asia & China Laundry Expo (TXCA & CLE) will be held from 25 – 27 September 2023. Next year’s fair will be returning to the Shanghai New International Expo Centre, where exhibitors will look to take advantage of the country’s gradually easing pandemic restrictions and the market’s steady growth. Covering around 25,000 sqm of floor space, the international textile care show will host an estimated 300 local and overseas exhibitors and 20,000 visitors.

Texcare Asia & China Laundry Expo (TXCA & CLE) to take place in 2023

Previously scheduled to be held from 17 – 19 November 2022 in Ningbo, following rising Covid-19 cases in the country the organisers have decided to defer the fair to 2023 in Shanghai. The decision was made to prioritise the safety of fairgoers, and to support the government’s pandemic containment measures.

Texcare Asia & China Laundry Expo (TXCA & CLE) 2022 going ahead in November

After its deferral earlier this year, the fair will now be held from 17 – 19 November 2022 at the Ningbo International Conference & Exhibition Center, and will help the laundry industry reconnect following the pandemic-related pause. Covering 10,000 sqm of floor space, the show is expected to welcome over 130 exhibitors from China, Germany, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the UK, and the US, as well as around 15,000 visitors.

With less than a month remaining until the commencement of this year’s Texcare Asia & China Laundry Expo (TXCA & CLE), anticipation is building for exhibitors and visitors alike. From 28 – 30 September 2022, the Asia-renowned trade fair of laundry and cleaning technology and machinery is set to be held at the Ningbo International Conference & Exhibition Center. Its 15,000 sqm of floor space is expected to host about 20,000 visitors and 200 exhibitors.

Originally scheduled to take place from 11 – 13 August at the Shanghai New International Expo Center, the 2022 fair will now be held from 28 – 30 September at the Ningbo International Conference & Exhibition Center.

In support of the Chinese government’s pandemic control measures, the organisers of Texcare Asia & China Laundry Expo have announced the deferral of the upcoming edition. Previously scheduled to take place later this year in December, the fair will instead be held in its usual Q3 timeslot from 11 – 13 August 2022 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre.

Texcare Asia & China Laundry Expo postponed to December

The 2021 edition of Texcare Asia & China Laundry Expo (TXCA & CLE) will now take place from 22 – 24 December instead of its original late-September date. The postponement is due to uncertainty around participants being able to travel to Shanghai at this time, as China continues with its anti-epidemic measures following an increase in Covid cases in late-July.

Steady exhibitor registration for TXCA & CLE provides encouraging news for the textile care industry

With China’s economic recovery continuing to gain momentum, expectations for this year’s Texcare Asia & China Laundry Expo (TXCA & CLE) are gradually improving. With four months remaining before the fair opens its doors, 75% of booth space has already sold out, with more than 130 exhibitors confirming their participation. Taking place from 27 – 29 September at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre, the fair is expected to attract 250 exhibitors and an estimated 20,000 visitors across 25,000 sqm of floor space. The proportion of foreign exhibitors represented through their local Chinese representatives is also encouraging, with brands from Germany, Japan, Korea, Spain, the UK and the USA confirming their participation.

Final report: TXCA & CLE 2020 supports industry recovery and highlights market opportunities

Texcare Asia and China Laundry Expo 2020 (TXCA & CLE), the dedicated trade fair for textile laundry, leather care, cleaning technology and equipment gathered a total of 14,413 visitors and 122 exhibitors. Being the only large scale exhibition in the global textile care industry in 2020, the fair successfully closed its doors on 16th October at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. Despite the uncertainties that the global textile care industry has faced in 2020, many participants reported an optimistic outlook in the Chinese market, particularly in light of emerging opportunities in fields such as medical laundry and automation. Helping participants to capture these opportunities, the three-day fair presented the latest technologies and products from the textile care industry and offered an effective business development platform.

Due to global travel restrictions facing international participants, and business disruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2020 edition of Texcare Asia and China Laundry Expo (TXCA & CLE), originally scheduled for 13 – 15 August has been postponed. The dedicated trade fair for textile laundry, leather care, cleaning technology and equipment will take place during the new timeslot of 14 – 16 October 2020 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre.

First edition of TXCA & CLE positions show as indispensable platform for laundry and textile care industry

Texcare Asia and China Laundry Expo (TXCA & CLE) closed its doors at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre after three successful days of business. In addition to the latest exhibitor feedback, visitor numbers prove that this was a logical next step in creating an improved platform with added value for the laundry and textile care industry. 25,202 visitors from all over the world came to Shanghai to boost their business and grow their global network. The attendance of 311 international brands from 21 countries and regions, with a strong presence of exhibitors from Germany and the US, highlighted the international character of the fair. To reflect the trends of the ever-evolving industry landscape, this edition put a strong emphasis on technology and sustainability, specifically underlining the importance of RFID.

The 2017 edition of Texcare Asia, the leading trade fair for modern textile care in Asia, concluded on a high note on 29 September 2017. Texcare Forum Singapore ended on a bright note

Texcare Forum Singapore, an affiliated event of Texcare Asia, successfully concluded in the Lion City earlier this month and welcomed over 200 delegates from 11 countries and regions. Organised by Messe Frankfurt (Shanghai) Co Ltd and China Light Industry Machinery Association, the forum took place from 9 – 10 November in Singapore, consisting of a full-day conference addressing the Southeast Asian market conditions and demands, as well as a factory visit to three local laundry plants.

Texcare Asia sets new show date in 2017

Texcare Asia, the International Trade fair for Modern Textile Care, has confirmed the dates for its next edition: 27 – 29 September 2017. Since the biennial show’s debut in 1998 in Singapore, it has made great strides and developed to be one of the most comprehensive showcases on advanced machinery and commercial solutions for the laundry and dry-cleaning industry in Asia. Following the successful editions in Hong Kong, Beijing and Shanghai, Texcare Asia marks its 20th year in 2017 and is scheduled to take place again at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre, China.
